Sr. managers need to know about the kangaroo court held by your supervisor. He should be admonished and put on probation for abusing an employee and facilitating the harm you suffer. Seek medical advice. Pursue short-term disability, if you can. Not W/C.

I have been bullied at work for almost two years now. My previous co-worker actually came at me physically, and she lost her job after 25+ years of employment with the company. After my co-worker lost her job the rest of my co-workers have had it out for me. There was actually a forum held against me and my supervisior ask that i not attend so that people could speak out against me.After the meeting i was told by my supervisor that the people stated that they have tried to run me out, but they would give me credit, I was still there.I now am suffering from non-epileptic seizures,severe migraines, not tomention depression because of this.
Help me to know what i can do please.

I was bullied at work for a good two years. I finally had someone stand up for me and it completely changed my life. Thank you for spearheading a great cause. A lot of people suffer because people are either cruel or don’t think about the impact of their actions on others.

I am glad to see that he got rewarded damages, It would be kind of scary having a surgeon trying to do a demolition job on you, if you need treatment you would not want to go that hospital.
