@sue I went on Monster @Facebook blogging in response to 5 questions Monster.com was to presentto President Barrack Obama, however in this blog I became aware of a group who call themselves the 99ers I made the mistake as to reference you folks as the “Niners” and what did I say that for. I was attacked by a group of you Niners after one of you folks mentioned age discrimination and I commented on that at which point you and your friends attacked me…one of the reasons I was attacked was I spoke on race discrimination this was not well accepted in this forum, although you all were speaking about age discrimination..not only that quite a few of you were tea baggers and spewed out some raw racial remarks..so who was bullying who…Yes you people lost my support about your cause that is you have been getting unemployment 99 weeks and had exhausted your limit you people were yelling at Obama that he should give you another extension and another and another, and I feel you guy’s have had enough free money…the government needs to open up a program where everyone below the poverty line can get a little assistance…you went as far as to goggle my name and would come here showing yourself…YOU ARE A BULLY and guess what you came to the wrong site because, bullies are not welcome unless they come to learn….

Linda Keita, you speak about bullying? Presently on Monster “America wants to work” marathon, you are all over doing the bullying. You claim to be a nurse receiving a large settlement. I would hate to be your patient with your attitude you have displayed, what are your beside manners like? You also are attempting to bring down all the 99ers while you boast your large settlement. People like you often suffer Karma.

I believe that women bullying other women and any other type of character assassination has become the cultural norm. I have been in the workforce, in Chicago, for a very long time. Working for a Medicaid organization, heath plan and hospital. In all cases, I have never seen such gossip, under handedness and moreover, I know I have been blackballed from being hired anywhere in the city. I always have kept to myself, always did my job, but was never included in the office gossip, because it was unproductive. I saw (employees) people provide informal character checks when other candidates were being considered for jobs, that they never got as a result of these informal character references. Now, I am one of those people, that has been unemployed for 4 years and counting! Wish I knew before what I know now. I would have financially planned differently. I resigned from my last job because these women would (same 4 women) close the door to my bosses office and preceed to slam the employees. They were horrible. My boss only showed up once a month and had her pawns, that acted like nazi’s police the place and then inform her. I had to leave and now, there revenge is to ascertain, I never get another job because if I was looking for revenge and passed this info on to my next employer they would have a bad rep. I do not care about them and my revenge was to resign and find a organization that acted like they were part of a team.

Also work as a nurse and the so-called compassionate beings could eat their young. They are not professionals, but instead this is just a job to most and the burnout is quite high. Management is not helpful in assisting with alleviating burnout and/or creating a better work environment. It’s time to legislate to protect the bullied.

Linda I agree with you. I hate to pull the race card but it still exists and no one want to address it. This Asian and White chick drew a racist cartoon of a stereotypical Aunt Jemima Black women with a huge rear end in MS Paint and emailed it too me. I guess I was supposed to laugh. Now if I drew an Asian woman with 2 slits for eyes or a White lady with wet dog hair and pig skin I would get fired for sure. I don’t even complain about it anymore just to avoid sounding like a winer. One thing that trips me out is another Black woman starts all the bullying towards me and gets the others to join in at work. I work with a bunch of fat women and on a daily basis have to hear them tell me, “You’re so skinny” like I’m sick or something. Meanwhile they are running to medical appts every week for high blood pressure, diabetes, infections and other complications from obesity. The next time they comment on me being skinny I’m going to tell them, “You’re so overweight” and see how they react. Or I could ask them who’s extra chin are they carrying around. Oops am I giving the bullies a taste of their own medicine.

AS A NURSE I HAVE OFTEN HAD MY WORKPLACE SABOTAGED BY THESE FEMALE BULLY TYPE WOMEN IN THE NURSE FORCE THERE IS PLENTY OF WORK FOR THE NURSING FEILD NO NURSE SHOULD BE UNEMPLOYED SIMPLY BECAUSE SOME DOES NOT LIKE HER. I LIVE IN OREGON AND I WAS EMPLOYED TO WORK THIS JOB FOR FULL-TIME BUT WHEN I STARTED WORKING THEY WERE NOT GIVING ME FULL-TIME BUT PART-TIME I COMPLAINED BECAUSE THEY WERE HIRING OTHER NURSES AFTER ME GIVING THEM FULL-TIME OR TAKING MY HOUR FROM ME TO GIVE TO THEM THEY KEPT TELLING ME THEY WERE GOING TO FIX MY SCHEDULE AND THEY DID NOT ISSUE WAS I AM AFRICAN AMERICAN AND ALL THE OTHER NURSES WERE ALL WHITE DO YOU FEEL I WAS BEING DISCRIMINATED AGAINST OR IS THIS WORK PLACE BULLYING OR WOULD YOU AGREE THE TWO ISSUES HAVE SOMETHING IN COMMON IN REGARDS TO THE BEHAVIOR OF BULLYING AND DISCRIMINATION
