This book helped me to name and understand what was happening to me. I still have my original copy of the book. It was a huge relief to know that i wasn’t loosing my mind or, worse. I feel certain that if this had not happened to me personally over the years, I would not believe that any person could actually maltreat another individual in this manner. The part that’s most horrendous is that basically speaking, there is no legal recourse for people who are nearly destroyed in this manner. Homes and families are
Pulled apart.
Personally, my family members could not understand why I kept talking about work in such negative ways. I’ve learned to recognize the beginning’s of the terror and I have prayed very hard to maintain a positive attitude.
This book helped very much.
Can you make a training DVD too? Perhaps something similar to a sexual harassment video. It would be much more effective to reach a mass (unfortunately ignorant) audience. I can’t find any quality videos on this subject.

To bad when you inform employers they have a big problem–they do not believe you, do not document anything,do not know the job so do not understand
cuase and effect—Give you NO RAISE same as the Bully WHO IS HARRASING YOU. Fire you at will to cover up thier empoyees problems
