I have worked in a position for 12 years and have some supervisory responsibilities over peers that I work with. In the last six months I have become the target of bullying from a group of three women. When I reported the circumstances of what has been occurring to Administration/HR, I experienced exactly what was described in this message. You have given me the affirmation and strength to see that I simply need to move on even in these tough economic times. I will actively seek employment elsewhere at a severe economic loss.
