I can’t believe what I just listened to!!! It sounded just EXACTLY like my own situation at work!! I am a teacher and the “Maudes” in my life are the CTA reps at my school. They have spread rumors about me and so our new Principal at our school had a negative impression ofe right off the bat. So here I am, IN HELL, knowing my administrator can push me around and I have no backing from my own CTA! Any advice besides document, document the situations?
