  1. Stephanie Wood says:

Workplace bullying is rampant. I have experienced it and quit my position because I was too beaten to fight and felt I couldn’t win anyway. I just wanted out. I have witnessed it in two other places of employment. I am sick of watching wonderful workers being beaten down and fearful of their every move. A few are chosen to be favorites and the double standard is beyond belief. The staff spend time and energy on coping and comparing notes on the daily treatment. It results in demoralization and less motivation. Our workplace protocols work against creating a fair workplace. We need to be making BAD leadership very visible. Everyone needs to know what bad leadership looks like. Organizations need to prevent unchecked leadership.

  2. Jay Jacobus says:

Terrorism and bullying are linked by the fear they create.

Terrorism is universally condemned by all civilized nations while bullying is not.

Anti-terrorism has non-judicial strategies while bullying does not.

Terrorist actions are often retaliated. Bully actions are rarely retaliated.
