Michigan Post Office Bullying Allegations

Do you think there is more bullying in states such as Michigan that are economically depressed? I would like to know more about seminars or workshops that are held in Michigan if anyone has info.

Mr. Schnieder, I have read you article on the web. I am a postal employee in Grand Junction, CO. We are experiencing similar bullying by our postmaster, managers, and supervisors. On the night of 3/4/10 management refused to provide employees with thier pay checks until the local police were called. There is now a so called postal investigation being conducted. We have many many people that are at thier wits end as to what to do about the situation. I have been out of work for two and half months. The postal service has not allowed me to return to work on light duty and even since I have been release to return to work with no restriction they are telling me not to retun to work until thier medical unit which is located in Denver over 250 miles away decides if I can return to work. I am not sure if you have any interest in a problem not in your local area, but I can assure you that this bullying technique of management is not a simple local problem.

Sincerly,
