I had lately a very traumatic experience.I was dismissed right on the spot without telling me why. What is even more perverse the way the dismissal was happening.I could not pick up my personal belongings from my room .I was escorted out of the room and outside was another women watching me; where I will go?
After some time I needed references for my new job,so I came looking to get some contacts (of course not with the bullies).
Unfortunately the bully notice me waiting outside and send security on me .I was told to leave and couldn’t get my reference.
Is this humane? Is this feminim? Is this moral and right ?
Bullies wear heels. Euripides centuries ago said ” There is nobody as cruel to a women than another women. That was around 400 BC. The centuries of development and evolving human being did not change this fact. The bullies in heels hurt us every day destroying our work ,achievements and health.
We adults fight bullying at schools as very negative, social occurrence causing suicides and depressions among children. How about us adults – how long do we have to suffer under psychopathic tendencies . How long people to have suffer depression ,stress of non competent bullies which don’t understand happy people work better ,faster and more efficient.
Bully can’t comprehend. Bullies are always bullying around.
