I had been a victim of bullying in a government job. The bullies are the leads in the group, management and HR. The lead formed an alliance and demand that their alliance will support them for their negative agenda. They make things to complain about me which is their own doings. Management and HR believed them and in fact encouraged bullies to be more bullies. It was a horrifying thought to see how these people verbally abused an employee, browbeat, interrogate, mean-spirited, confrontational, and liers, falsely accused you without knowing the facts. They treat their employees like slave, like their property; they can just tear you down when they like. These peole do not know anything but negative and destroy. Most of them are not qualified to their position.

I quit my job because I do not deserve to be verbally abused, falsely accused, and be destroyed totally by these people. I also realized, it became frugal for me to express myself. I am now suffering from clinical depression, chest pain, and many more due to this nightmare experience from that government job.

I walked on eggshells, careful of my words, just a very responsible employee, just stayed in my little working place, was attacked so many times but nobody can speak up for me fearing they will also be victims. Fellow victims and other employees can only symphatized and informed me that the problem has been going on for more that 20 years.

I hope the Senate will pass a law in California to prosecute bullies and put a law to those in management/HR to be more knowledgeable of the job given to them. I hope my fellow victims of bullying will heal and learn to forgive and forget.
