  2. Bullying in the workplace has been explained in different ways and as a result of this sometimes serious injuries and accidents are seen at workplaces. It is necessary that workplace bullying should be stopped and in case any worker is in stress as a result of this then he should claim for compensation. Any worker who is a victim of continuous bullying and is severe enough to cause significant stress can take the employer to  court and can claiming for personal injury.
