		<description><![CDATA[They see the person being bullied as &quot;the problem and weak.&quot; I lost my job because I wasn&#039;t brown nosing my boss like my attackers were. I went through the &quot;chain of command&quot; including HR about my bullying and it backfired in my face. I wasn&#039;t a team player because I had a doctors appt. that I had rescheduled twice for our office schedule. Then on the day of my bullier&#039;s b&#039;day lunch ( MY lunch hour I don&#039;t get paid for and my doctors appt) I was accused of not being a team player? That was ALL my boss had on me?!  You could tell HR had been brainwashed by my mgr before I even got there. My bullier always got the benefit of the doubt because she is a ministers wife. Then, when I had to have life or end up with cancer GI surgery, had complications and tubes hanging out of me for 14 weeks, they &quot;fill&quot; my position after 31 years with the company. Know who told me? The SECRETARY! ]]></description>
