I went through the “chain of command” including HR about my bullying and it backfired in my face. I wasn’t a team player because I had a doctors appt. that I had rescheduled twice for our office schedule. Then on the day of my bullier’s b’day lunch ( MY lunch hour I don’t get paid for and my doctors appt) I was accused of not being a team player? That was ALL my boss had on me?!  You could tell HR had been brainwashed by my mgr before I even got there. My bullier always got the benefit of the doubt because she is a ministers wife. Then, when I had to have life or end up with cancer GI surgery, had complications and tubes hanging out of me for 14 weeks, they “fill” my position after 31 years with the company. Know who told me? The SECRETARY!
