Everyday i experience the “bully supervisor” to the point that this week i finally spoke up and his comment was “you need to calm down”. He is a micro manager, hovers over me, walks around my work station constantly, criticizes my every decision, constantly tells me i am wrong, refuses to call me by my name, calls me “hey”, singles me out for nasty looks an stares, and i have been told he did this to another woman for years and now that she is gone i am her replacement! Almost everyday i am in such high anxiety i am in tears. I have spoken to plant manager. She said she would talk to him. A week later i got called to his office and he proceded to tell me “i been this way all my life an i am not about to change now”. He told a coworker “the only reason you women exist is because we let you”. I have to go back on blood pressure meds again an my anxiety meds are increased. I dont want to quit at 56 so every day it is a chore to force myself to go to work unless i know he is on vacation. Then i have a stress free work week. Are there lawyers to help me in michigan?
