I’m bullied currently; for a year now. 6 months ago my new manager joined in as well. Sadly there are 4 males in my office of 120 employees that are abusing me. I’ve got 3 bullying me and one has finally put his hands on me. I’m currently looking for a new job asap. I’m also in therapy as this bullying has triggered past mental injuries to me. I’m in survival mode at this point. I feel like I’m in a war zone. I’m not a passive person. But I’m mentally very tired. And the other side of me is getting angrier and angrier each passing day. Part of me wants to engage with a lawyer, and push back. I’d love to teach my new and very young boss a valuable lesson moving forward. I will not be quiet any longer, and I’m making sure up to the C level I’m heard. I’m number 1 in sales in my company for over a year. My male co-works do not hide their hatred for me. If I had more savings I would quit and sue immediately. Right now I’m laying low and making no moves as my mental state is severely damaged.
