WBI Survey topics sought from site visitors

WBI has conducted 35 studies to date, with 33 reports available here.

We want to know what you would like to have us ask. The people who complete WBI surveys are 98% bullied targets. So, our research is solely from their perspective.

What survey topic would you like to see posted and reported? Comment on the website, please (not FB).

How about questions regarding the impact on families of bullying? “After being bullied at work, do you want to lash out at your family members when you get home?” “What has the impact of bullying been on your family; made it stronger, no impact, made it more difficult to engage with the family, or destroyed my family relationships.”

Please consider asking people the approximate age of the bully.  There seems to be a commonality in the bully age from the targets I’ve talked with albeit approximate and anecdotal, unless the people actually knew the person’s age.  In the latter case, it supported the common thread.

How to ask that on the survey?  I don’t know.  Maybe approximate decades – Age 20-30, 30-40, 40-50, etc.  But I am SO curious to find out.
