		<description><![CDATA[Please consider asking people the approximate age of the bully.  There seems to be a commonality in the bully age from the targets I&#039;ve talked with albeit approximate and anecdotal, unless the people actually knew the person&#039;s age.  In the latter case, it supported the common thread.

How to ask that on the survey?  I don&#039;t know.  Maybe approximate decades - Age 20-30, 30-40, 40-50, etc.  But I am SO curious to find out.
