6 more things to do for veterans

Joshua Kors wrote extensively about the disgraceful treatment suffered by Iraq and Afghanistan war vets at the hands of malicious Army psychologists. Many, if not most, with PTSD were denied the diagnosis and discharged without access to ongoing healthcare that a correct diagnosis would have allowed. Now on Veterans Day, Kors tell us Six Ways to Honor Our Veterans. It’s the best list I’ve seen to date.

    If you don’t want to explore this information for the sake of veterans, do it for yourself. There is no harm in being exposed to another point of view whether you agree with it or not. Think of it as an exercise in awareness if tolerance and/or acceptance is not on your radar/agenda. Alternate perspectives abound, and are real regardless of our choices to expose ourselves to them (or not).

    You still have the capacity and responsibility to draw your own conclusions and direct your own mind…and heart.
