    Articles by Professor of Law, David C. Yamada, J.D., Suffolk University Law School, Boston, MA who is a member of the WBI Board of Directors. He is the author of the Healthy Workplace Bill, anti-bullying legislation introduced in several U.S. states since 2003. His popular blog is "Minding the Workplace." He is also Director of the New Workplace Bullying Institute at Suffolk.
