After Dr. Gary appeared with morning hosts Lana & JP on Wed. May 13, the station ran a poll with only 3 options. Q: What should a bullied target do? Answer options: Quit (even though there are no jobs anymore), Sue (though it’s legal 80% of the time), or Confront (they mean the bully, not the employer). Right now, respondents say targets should confront. Wonder if they could actually do that when the surprise attacks start? Missing option was make the employer hold the bully accountable and impose negative consequences on her or him.
Poll results at the end of the day: Confront 87%, Sue 9% and Quit 4%.
