In our work we have encountered toxic, dangerous workplaces. We hear complaints from employees at the "Great Places to Work," so we know they are not measuring bullying or its absence. So, WBI announces the designation of a "Bullying-Free Workplace." We hope it becomes a coveted label to attract the best and brightest employees where they can apply their skill to the product or service, free from hassles of bullying.
