I’m not a member Facebook, do not want to be and give up my privacy. This site is very good! But it’s one of the few organizations that require Facebook to comment. Please do arrange for regular comments like most other sites have. Here is the comment I tried to post in the Wordplace Bullying topic:

That bullying in the workplace can and should be handled same as harassment. This makes sense to me — with major tweaks. “harassment free workplace policies” should require ALL people who work with or for the company to get “harassment free” training upon first being hired. The company would need to provide and require harassment free training to all employees at every level, every six months. Harassment free policies would also be required for temporary workers, contractors, and anyone who has regular contact with that company. ALSO: The policies should apply to EVERYONE — not just protected class people.
